My twenty years of experience building homes has taught me many things. First, I have never built a perfect home. Second, almost all issues that arised are curable.

This is also true with homes I have inspected. None have been perfect and all of them have had issues that were fixable.

My inspection report not only identify my findings but also offers solutions. I will meet with the client to offer my advice on how needed repairs can be made such that they can feel at ease on their most treasured investment.
